Today's presentation is WONDERFUL!

This is the ONLY individual presentation I got ever since I entered POLY!

Today, I was taking to Joyce about the things I really learnt during my this nearly 4 weeks FYP!

I'm a real dumb when it comes to practical!

Cus I always relied on JingYe ( my lab partner).

I learnt the importance of each steps in protocol.

I learnt alot of BASIC techniques which I shld already got hold of when I was in Year 1.

Yup! They include skills such as :
-ways to hold a culture flask!
( AHAH! YES!!! I don't know the proper way of holding!!*slap face*)

- Subculture skills!! Very important! I was pinning my cells to grow healthily!
( They are so dearly to me now!)

- Pipetting skills! ( although still not very good! But still gotta try trry trrry TRRRRRYYYY!)

YES! thats how persistent I am now!

I think ever since my attachment, I became MORE PERSISTENT IN EVERYTHING!!
* clap hands*




AND! After today's presentation, I REALLY KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF "CONFIDENT"!

Erm .... actually I WAS TOO TENSE UP that I was blinded!

I can't find the USB port!

-FAINTS-

then I click the wrong button!

I talk at a speed of about 100words/min!!!!!

OMGGGGGG!

BUT! I still manage to finish my presentation!
*Phew!*

Hmmm... the accessor told me that they are IMPRESS by my slides and presentation!

OMG!

I put quite allot of effort in it!
Especially the "BONE FLASH!!!!"

Credits goes to BF!!

The questions they asked are reasonable.

And then Clinton asked me to ask MAO what grade I got.

SO, I called MAO!
( a bit reluctant! cus I not really interested! I'm interested to see accessor comments for me!!)

So, MAO also praise me!

She said : " YOU DID A GREAT JOB! EVEN THE ACCESSOR ARE IMPRESS!YOU GOT A VERY VERY VERY HIGH SCORE!"

I wan like " HUH?!"

Okay. So, I concluded that Presentation really need preparation!!

AHAHA!

Cus Yest I went Bf's house! I was preparing my speech! So I let BF to be my audience!

SEE! HE SO LUCKY RIGHT?!

BUT, only practice twice! Then, oink oink le!!!!!

Today did Bradford Assay again!

3X YESTERDAY + 3X Today = FAILED!

Haiz!!

NVM! I SHALL BE PERSISTENT! I'M prepared to come back even during the wkends!

SO YEA! I must have RESULTS!
Cus MAO, WILLIAM, JAY are waiting for my 2nd presentation!

I MUST TRY TRY TRY TRY!!!





Okay. sidetrack a bit now. I need new pair of shoes!
I love my Old Navy's Tote bag! SERIOUSLY, THEY ROCKS!!!!!
